Senior Front End Developer / Engineer (React Redux TypeScript Node.js) Remote UK to £90k
Are you a Senior Front End Developer with strong React and Redux skills?
You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on Front End Developer role at a scaling Fintech who have built an energy trading platform to revolutionise energy buying for large industrial and commercial users.
As a Senior Front End Developer you'll help to build a seamless digital experience that makes complex energy systems simple, powerful and intuitive, creating user interfaces that bring trading and billing into one flexible product using React and Redux. You'll also contribute to maintenance of current systems, assist with the migration from JavaScript microservices to a monorepo architecture using TypeScript and integrate APIs and backend services.
There's a collaborative team environment where you'll input into technical discussions and decision making.
Location / WFH:
There's a remote first policy so you can work from home on a full time basis, with the caveat that you'll meet up with the team in London from time to time, please note you must be UK based and have the right to work.
About you:
1. You have strong software engineering experience across the full development lifecycle
2. You have expertise with React and Redux
3. You have experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and APIs
4. You have worked on monolith and microservices environments
5. You're comfortable working with complex, data rich environments and have previous experience within Fintech, Payments, eCommerce or similar with high throughput systems
6. You have a strong eye for design, performance and detail
7. You're happy to do some brownfield and maintenance work alongside new projects
8. You're collaborative with great communication skills
