Pay: £13.69-14.50 per hour

TeacherActive is currently recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within Further Education colleges across Slough. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting learners and helping them achieve their full potential in a post-16 education environment.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with lecturers and support teams to assist students who may require additional help with their learning. This may include supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), learning difficulties, or additional academic support within classroom settings or on a one-to-one basis.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting young people or adults in education, care, or support settings who are looking to build experience within the Further Education sector.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
Experience supporting young people aged 16+ or adult learners
A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
