The Role We are seeking a focused and dedicated new team member to join a growing Account Management team. The primary responsibility will be to manage b2b customer accounts on a daily basis. * Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and suppliers via telephone and email, ensuring clear and concise communication. * Process customers' bookings and requests placing those requests on our bespoke management system and ensuring orders are followed through upon our suppliers and carried out on time. * Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls for reference and documentation purposes. * Resolve customer queries using personal initiative and with the team’s input. * Generate custom reports using Microsoft Office software as needed. * Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and legislation. * Ensure all data on our IT systems are accurate and complete.
