About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and hands‑on CRM Executive to support the delivery of our retention and lifecycle marketing activity.
Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our day‑to‑day CRM running smoothly. You will own BAU campaign execution across email and push, while supporting wider retention initiatives and lifecycle projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the build, scheduling and QA of BAU CRM campaigns across email and push notifications
* Support the CRM Manager in executing lifecycle marketing activity, including flows, campaigns and testing
* Work closely with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to ensure CRM aligns with product launches, promotions and key trading moments
* Assist with segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns are relevant and personalised
* Support the optimisation of CRM performance through A/B testing and continuous improvements
* Help maintain CRM calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue), highlighting key insights and opportunities
* Ensure all CRM activity is aligned with brand tone of voice and creative direction
* Support with data hygiene, list management and platform upkeep
You’ll bring
* Experience in a CRM, email marketing or digital marketing role, ideally in ecommerce or DTC
* Hands‑on experience with an ESP
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
* A detail‑oriented mindset, confident with QA and campaign builds
* An interest in customer behaviour, segmentation and retention strategies
* A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
