M and E Manager : North West London : Residential Project
We are looking for an M and E Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical packages on a large new build residential project in North West London. The project is valued at GBP50m+ and commenced on site earlier this year for a period of 24 months. Ideally the M and E Manager will also have some previous experience of working on large hotel, residential or commercial projects. Our client is open to both mechanical or electrical backgrounds and will consider candidates with past experience with either relevant main contractors / developers or specialist M and E subcontractors.
Role / Duties
Reporting to a site-based Project Director and visiting Regional Building Services Manager, the M and E Manager will ensure a smooth construction process, including:
* Managing all site labour and subcontractors
* Managing the construction programme
* Minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
* Coordinating with the client, subcontractors, and associated consultants
* Chairing regular progress meetings
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications and tickets: CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid
