This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader to take charge and drive excellence in care. About the Role As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the home’s operations, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and motivate a passionate team, maintain regulatory compliance, and achieve financial and occupancy targets. You will be fully supported by an experienced Operations and Central team, as well as an in-house Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Housekeeping teams, with additional support from a Regional Hospitality Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and direction, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and excellence. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, maintaining consistently high care standards. Manage budgets and financial targets effectively. Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all key stakeholders. Candidate Profile Proven experience managing a nursing home. Strong knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of compliance and the ability to work towards “Outstanding.” Inspirational and confident leader with excellent communication skills. Commercially aware with a focus on occupancy, growth, and operational performance. NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
