This friendly, well-equipped Nursery offers a safe and nurturing setting where children are encouraged to discover, develop, and flourish. Emphasising play-based learning, emotional support, and strong attachments, the Nursery values a child-first approach. Your Responsibilities
* Supporting children's physical, social, and emotional growth through suitable activities
* Assisting in the planning and delivery of stimulating, play-focused learning opportunities
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging environment for all children
* Helping with daily care routines such as feeding, toileting, and nappy changing
* Building trusting, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observing and documenting children's development in line with EYFS standards
* Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience working with young children in a Nursery or similar setting
* Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent preferred)
* A sincere passion for nurturing young children
* Patience, kindness, and excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to complete one
