Customer Service Administrator at Silver Planet Group

We are seeking a proactive detail‑oriented Customer Services / Sales Administrator to join our client's team based in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a confident phone manner, and a good understanding of Excel. You will play a key role in supporting the sales and customer service functions, assisting in order processing, and handling various administrative tasks across the business. This is an office‑based role Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.


Key Responsibilities

* Prepare quotes based on briefs provided by the Business Manager or received directly from clients
* Respond to customer and dealer service requests in a timely and professional manner
* Handle general related enquiries via phone and email
* Liaise with our in‑house design team to ensure accurate and timely communication of project requirements
* Order processing
* Maintaining the CRM system


Skills & Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales administration or a similar office‑based role
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
* Professional, polite and a customer‑focused manner
* Team player with a flexible can‑do attitude
* Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills
* Problem‑solving skills and initiative


Desirable

* Experience within the manufacturing industry but not necessary
* Experience supporting a sales team or account managers

* Competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000 depending on experience.
