Your Responsibilities:
* Assist pupils with a range of SEND needs, supporting both their educational progress and personal development.
* Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and deliver bespoke learning activities.
* Promote the growth of essential skills, confidence, and independence.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support teams to monitor progress and adapt approaches.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEND—such as SEMH, autism, or other additional needs—is advantageous but not required.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young learners thrive.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
* A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting wellbeing.
