Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Solar Surveyor to support the delivery of commercial and industrial solar PV projects. The role involves carrying out technical site surveys, assessing roof and ground-mounted solar opportunities, and providing accurate data to support system design, pricing, and project delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure projects are technically viable, compliant, and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct on-site surveys for commercial and industrial solar PV installations
2. Assess roof structures (flat, pitched, metal, asbestos awareness), ground conditions, and electrical infrastructure
3. Measure and record roof dimensions, orientations, shading, and access constraints
4. Evaluate existing electrical systems, including supply capacity and connection points
5. Identify Health & Safety risks and site-specific hazards
