Overview
Financial Planning Administrator – Waltham Cross – Part Time (3 or 4 days a week). Hybrid working – 1 day a week working from home (after probation period).
This is a highly reputable IFA practice that offers holistic financial planning and discretionary fund management services to HNW clientele across the UK. The practice has a range of loyal clients that wins business through word-of-mouth, referrals and repeat-client, and has experienced consistent business growth over the last couple of years and has enjoyed high client retention.
The firm has a friendly working environment, which is reflected in their low staff turnover with most staff having worked there for 5+ years. This role is to replace someone who has been promoted internally.
The Financial Planning Administrator will be required to work alongside Paraplanners, Advisers and Directors to provide consistently high levels of service to clients.
Ideal Candidate
* Have experience working within a comparable Financial Planning Administrator position, HOWEVER will consider candidates from wider Financial Services
* Have knowledge of systems i.e. Xplan or similar, and investment platforms
* Have excellent telephone manner, Maths/English and clear written communication skills
* Live locally to Waltham Cross
