Your main responsibilities will involve: * Complex diary management * Arranging meetings with clients * Organizing Travel and Visa * Processing expenses in Concur * Processing compliance approvals * Arranging conference call - internal/external * Working within a team of assistants and covering for absence * Coordinating team events Essential Skills: * Previous experience of working in a similar role * Previous experience working within Investment Banking division * Previous experience of working directly with external and internal stakeholders * Sound knowledge of Outlook * Flexibility and proactivity * Good communication and organisational skills 4 days in office, 1 from home
