Summary
As a Sales Account Manager at KBR, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs, contributing directly to our mission of keeping businesses running smoothly.
You will be expected to :
* Strengthen and grow relationships with assigned client accounts.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling KBR's products and services.
* Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients.
Day-to-day duties will typically include :
* Operating as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and their key personnel.
* Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with client accounts, understanding their evolving needs.
* Generating sales among existing client accounts, specifically through upselling KBR's advanced solutions (like WiFi 7, point-to-point, enhanced cybersecurity) and cross-selling complementary services.
* Ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion and are kept fully updated on progress.
* Proactively researching assigned client organizations to understand their strategic direction, decision-makers, technical requirements, and potential future purchasing needs.
* Presenting tailored products and services to existing clients based on identified opportunities.
Your responsibilities to the company will be :
* Keeping detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions on our customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
* Coordinating seamlessly with internal staff members (e.g., technical support, project management, operations) working on the same accounts to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Communicating client needs, demands, and feedback effectively to relevant internal teams to facilitate problem-solving and service improvement.
* Servicing multiple client accounts concurrently and consistently meeting all internal and client-specific deadlines.
* Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow business within existing client accounts through strategic account planning.
