Job Description Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Leading the daily running of production across a rotating shift pattern (early, day, and late shifts). Supervising all aspects of the production process, including EDM (Extraction, Dosing, Mixing), packaging, and warehouse operations. Managing, training and supporting operatives, conducting regular one-to-ones and performance reviews. Ensuring all health & safety policies are followed, and working proactively with the H&S team to foster a strong safety-first culture. Using production systems (XL, SAP) to ensure accurate data capture, stock control, and scheduling. Liaising with key stakeholders including QC, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Distribution to ensure operational flow and problem-solving. Taking responsibility for raw material intake and coordinating safe and efficient deliveries. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and ensuring your team have the right tools, knowledge and support to do their jobs well. What You’ll Bring Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Strong communication and organisational skills, with a hands-on, people focused leadership style. Confidence in using systems and data to manage production (e.g. Office tools, SAP, production monitoring systems).
