As the Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hygiene practices in on site. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, complying with BRC and customer requirements, and upholding their commitment to producing outstanding products. The main responsibilities for this Hygiene Manager position include: Develop and implement hygiene policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices. Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Collaborate with production and quality control teams to integrate hygiene practices into daily operations. Manage and lead a team of hygiene personnel, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure the team operates efficiently.
