What's the role?
As Plant Area Supervisor, you'll be a key part of the team, ensuring the plant area runs smoothly. You'll be responsible for:
1. Supporting the Plant Area Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
2. Supervising and guiding team members to maintain high standards
3. Merchandising and replenishing stock to keep displays fresh and inviting
4. Ensuring pricing, signage, and plant care standards are up to date
5. Delivering great customer service by sharing your plant knowledge
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, so you'll need to be proactive and ready to adapt.
