Vice President / Senior Vice President – Investment Funds Lawyer 6+PQE - London
ECB Star has been mandated by a leading Alternative Asset Manager for an experienced Investment Funds lawyer with at least 6PQE+ to join its International Legal Team.
The role focuses on private funds across the EMEA region, offering a unique opportunity to work on fund formation, structuring, marketing, and distribution matters for UK, Luxembourg, and Cayman domiciled funds, while contributing to the strategic growth of a dynamic and expanding business. The role is open to candidates who wish to be based in London, Zurich, or Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate agreements with top-tier fund managers and distribution agents
* Draft and review fund offering materials, partnership agreements, side letters, and placement agreements
* Advise on cross-border legal implications of new and existing products and services
* Collaborate with external counsel on regulatory, corporate, and investment matters
* Support general corporate legal needs and commercial contracts
* Lead and execute new initiatives, structures, and business lines
* Manage legal projects with a focus on timely and cost-effective delivery
