LED Community Leisure is looking for a confident, proactive Duty Manager to join the team at our busy and welcoming Exmouth Leisure Centre. ABOUT THE ROLE As Duty Manager, you’ll be a key presence on shift, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of Exmouth Leisure Centre and ensuring a safe, well‑run and welcoming environment for both customers and team members. You’ll act as a decision‑maker during duty shifts, deputising for the Leisure Manager as required and supporting operational teams across the site. As part of the Duty Manager role, you will have responsibility for the centre’s aquatic facilities, making knowledge of pool safety and operations an important part of the role alongside wider centre operations. This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys leading people, maintaining high operational standards and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast‑paced leisure environment.
