You’ll be a key player in the branch, leading by example and helping drive performance through:
1. Winning new instructions and building strong client relationships.
2. Delivering outstanding customer service from first viewing to completion.
3. Negotiating offers confidently and effectively.
4. Generating viewings and sales through proactive activity.
5. Supporting and motivating junior team members.
6. Contributing ideas and momentum to help the branch continue to grow.
