Job Description
* Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors.
* Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages when necessary.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation.
* Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain calendars for key staff members.
* Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist with filing and maintaining organised records, both digital and physical.
* Support event planning and organisation as required by the team.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist/Admin should have:
* Previous experience in reception or administrative roles within an office environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and visitors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* A professional attitude and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Flexibility to support a range of administrative duties as needed.
