We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Finance to join our senior finance leadership team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. This role supports two of Londons most prestigious membership clubs, Maison Estelle and Celeste, alongside the Group holding company.
As a Head of Finance you will:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day accounting function across multiple entities, managing and developing a high-performing finance team
Own the month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accurate, timely reporting, statutory accounts, and group consolidation
Strengthen and continuously improve financial controls, processes, and governance across the Group
Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and tax advisors, ensuring full compliance with UK regulatory requirements
Support finance system development and integration to improve efficiency and end-to-end accounting practices
Partner closely with the Director of Finance and senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making
About You:
A qualified or qualified-by-experience finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise
Proven experience leading finance teams in a multi-entity or group environment
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident operating across all aspects of the accounting function
A strong communicator, able to engage and influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
