Due to their years of experience and range of partners, they specialise in services including accounts, audit, corporate finance, tax and more. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your current accounts and audit knowledge and develop within a firm offering great training and development, working with a mixed bag of clients, from start-ups to OMBs to SMEs with turnovers in excess of £25 million. This accounts semi-senior job has arisen due to continuous internal growth within the firm. Your duties in this role will see you get involved in all aspects of accounts work, working within a team of accounts professionals to help you in your role and for you to learn from. Your day-to-day roles will include producing statutory and management accounts, completing corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and producing partnership and sole trader accounts, along with bookkeeping duties. This will involve representing the firm at networking events as well as assisting in the development of existing and new client relationships. you will need to be part-qualified in your ACCA or ACA qualification. Experience in accounting software is required. Xero and IRIS are essential; any other software will be considered. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary ranging between £25,000 to £31,000, partnered with study support if you are still completing your professional qualifications, including in-person tuition and more.
