We currently have an opportunity for a stock and planning administrator to join the team.


Main Responsibilities:


* Raising works orders for the filling department and complete back into stock.
* Ensure correct documentation is provided to filling and dispatch departments (typically labels and operational documents).
* Administer the filing of works orders for the filling department / production department in conjunction with Quality Control.
* Be responsible for the movement, addition and removal of stock within the stock system as required.
* Allocate stock to sales orders for customer services to arrange dispatch.
* Implementing the production schedule which includes raising works orders (batch sheets), printing off and distributing works orders and processing completed worksheets.
* Work with various departments including, logistics and customer services and take part in inter-departmental meetings. Raise and place purchase orders for raw materials and non-stock items within the stock system.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Operations.
* Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Basic stock control and order processing knowledge
* Confident using systems and handling data
* Able to work with different departments
* Clear communication skills
* Comfortable preparing reports and paperwork
* Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks
