XP Surveys is a fast-expanding provider of professional measured building surveys, topographical surveys, drone surveys, and 360° virtual tours, delivering accurate, design-ready data to architects, developers, and homeowners across the UK.
Aura Architecture & Interiors is an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice specializing in sustainable residential architecture, interior design, extensions, refurbishments,new builds, and property developments - creating light-filled, practical, and energy-efficient homes that maximize space and wellbeing.
You will be the dedicated social media expert, solely responsible for maintaining and growing the online presence across both companies on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and any other relevant platforms. Working collaboratively with the sales teams, you will create compelling content, build community engagement, drive inbound interest, and support lead generation through organic social activity. This role offers the chance to carve your own path in a creative, supportive environment while contributing to two ambitious brands with complementary audiences in property, surveying and residential design.
Main Duties:
* Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (and others as relevant) for both XP Surveys and Aura Architecture & Interiors, ensuring brand consistency, tone, and visual identity on each platform.
* Create and schedule engaging organic content, including posts, stories, reels, graphics, and carousels — tailored to each company's audience
* Plan and maintain a content calendar for each company, including quarterly overviews and monthly themes to align with business goals, seasonal opportunities, and campaigns.
* Handle community management: respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely, professional manner; foster positive interactions; and build relationships with followers, potential clients, partners, and industry peers.
* Perform proactive cold outreach via direct messages and comments on relevant social platforms to connect with potential leads, collaborators, and audiences in the property, architecture, and development sectors.
* Collaborate closely with the sales teams to produce campaign assets, including social graphics, video snippets, reels, and promotional content to support lead generation initiatives and events.
* Produce and support company newsletters repurposing social content into email updates to nurture audiences and drive engagement.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth, content success) providing fortnightly insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
* Proactively suggest new content ideas, trends, formats, and collaborations to keep both brands omni-present, fresh, and engaging across platforms.
