The Role:
As School Operations Manager, you will support the Headteacher and senior leadership team in all non-teaching functions of the school. This includes overseeing:
* Finance and HR administration
* Site and facilities management
* Health and safety compliance
* Catering and cleaning services
* Day-to-day school operations
You will be a pivotal member of the leadership structure, working to ensure that the school operates efficiently and effectively, allowing teaching staff to focus on delivering the highest standards of education.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have prior experience in a similar school operations or business management role
Be confident managing people, systems, and processes
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
