What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or above
Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergen Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
Confident, adaptable, and organised in fast-paced kitchens
Strong knowledge of health & safety and kitchen operations
Valid Right to Work in the UK
