An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Fee Earner to join a leading national claimant law firm at their Liverpool office.

Renowned for its commitment to claimant work, this respected national firm specialises in securing compensation for individuals affected by medical negligence. They act on behalf of clients against a wide range of healthcare providers, including hospitals, GPs, dentists, opticians, and pharmacists.
The Role
As part of the firm's ongoing expansion, the Clinical Negligence department is looking to appoint a skilled Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of complex, high-value claims. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who thrives when working independently and can manage files with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or experienced litigator with strong clinical negligence expertise
Minimum of 4 years' experience handling medical negligence claims
Confident in managing a full caseload of complex, high-value matters independently
Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills
