Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Experienced Carer located in Chichester. As an Experienced Carer, you will provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily tasks, companionship, and emotional support. Day‑to‑day responsibilities may include helping clients with personal care, preparing meals, accompanying them to appointments or activities, light housekeeping, and assisting with medication. You will build trusting and lasting relationships with clients, improving their well‑being and quality of life.
Qualifications
* Hands‑on experience in providing personal care and support to older adults
* A minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social care
* Skills in communication, empathy, and building meaningful relationships with clients
* Knowledge of dementia care, end‑of‑life care, and other specialized care needs
* Competence in light housekeeping, cooking, and assisting clients with daily routines
* Flexibility, reliability, and ability to adapt to varying client needs
* Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) are highly desirable
* Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
* A commitment to enhancing the independence and quality of life for older adults
