Our team provides strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to achieve the commercial goals of Amazon Sellers. Our services include International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, B2B Sales, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, and Brand Building.
What is the role of an AI Program Manager?
We are seeking an AI Program Manager to lead the development and execution of machine learning (ML) and Generative AI products that enhance forecasting, personalization, and automation for account managers and Sellers. The role involves delivering ML/AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, energetic, self-motivated, with strong business acumen and a propensity for innovation.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead AI initiatives within the EU SAS PMO team, identifying process gaps and leveraging Gen-AI/ML technologies to develop scalable solutions that reduce costs.
* Analyze existing SOPs to derive insights and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
* Set goals aligned with business objectives and regularly report on progress.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.
* Proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
* Knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and extracting insights from large datasets.
* Experience with cloud architecture and implementation.
* Understanding of personalization and recommendation systems using AI.
* Experience in roadmap strategy, product delivery, and managing trade-offs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes for SMBs.
* Experience influencing organizational stakeholders, especially at the executive level.
* Track record of exceeding sales targets through a solutions-focused, consultative approach.
