A renowned Reading-based law firm is looking for an Office Administrator to provide office support and PA to the firm's partners and event admin support when required. The Office Administrator role is permanent and pays £24k.\nThe working hours for this Office Administrator role are 37.5 hours per week based on a 7.5-hour shift pattern Monday to Friday. The core hours of the business are 9am -5.30 anything outside of those hours is subject to events taking place and requiring all hands on deck.
This is a permanent role, and we are looking for candidates who offer stability and longevity.\n\nOffice Administrator duties:\n\nSupporting the Partners of the firm with administrative and secretarial duties\nSupporting the Partners of the firm with typing letters, managing diaries\nManaging the filing cabinet, ordering office supplies\nCoding and reconciling all invoices\nDealing with couriers, receiving and distributing post, dealing with contractor\nEvents and marketing support\nSupporting the office with any admin tasks\nAnswering the phone to company standard, transferring the call, and taking messages\nTo greet all clients on arrival and assist them in a courteous & helpful manner\nManage the Outlook diary\nTo assist the marketing team with in-house client events\nOrder all lunches, breakfasts & dinner when required\nOrdering all stock and completing monthly stocktake\nMonitor and maintain all internal meeting rooms to a high standard\nSetting up conference calls\nAssist with all travel/hotel booking for internal clients\n\nIDA Recruitment Ltd specialises in office support recruitment across London.
