The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
* Help students stay focused, motivated, and on task
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
* Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and approaches
* Build positive, consistent relationships with students
You’ll be a key part of the classroom, helping students overcome barriers and build confidence.
