Job Description: Our client, an international Law Firm, is currently recruiting Senior Residential Development Lawyers to join its team in Edinburgh, one of the largest residential teams in the country.
In this role, you will be part of a national team handling major residential development and investment projects, working on high-value contracts such as transfers, promotion agreements, and development funding. The team is particularly interested in candidates with 8+ years’ PQE, a strong background in residential property, and demonstrated skills in client management and leadership. Knowledge of the UK Living Sector is essential.
