Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)
* Understand and explain IT software solutions
* Build rapport with decision-makers and identify upselling opportunities
* Collaborate internally to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
* Engage in continuous learning to enhance tech knowledge
