Overview
Hume Doors & Timber (QLD) Pty Ltd, a 100% Australian owned company, is Australia's leading Door Manufacturer and Timber Wholesaler. The company markets its products to the hardware, timber and building industries throughout Australia and overseas.
The company is seeking a Driver/Offsider to deliver palletised goods throughout the Brisbane Metro region and other SE Queensland destinations such as Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Northern NSW. This role will be based at our Manufacturing and Despatch site located at Kingston. On occasions you may be required to deliver to building sites and you will need to hand unload the product with the assistance of another employee.
This role is a day shift only, typically starting around 6:00am and finishing around 2:30pm. Although this is a casual role, workload supports full-time hours on a weekly basis for the foreseeable future.
Responsibilities
* Deliver palletised goods to customers across Brisbane Metro and selected regional destinations.
* Hand unload products at delivery sites with the assistance of another employee.
* Operate from the Manufacturing and Despatch site in Kingston.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Driver/Offsider.
* Current MR licence is required.
