Job Description
We are recruiting experienced Live-in Care Professionals to provide high-quality 1:1 care to clients in their own homes across our service areas.
This role is ideal for carers who are confident working independently and delivering person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing personal care and daily living support on a 1:1 basis
2. Supporting clients with routines while promoting independence and dignity
3. Assisting clients to access the community and attend appointments
4. Building strong, professional relationships with clients and families
Essential Requirements:
5. Previous care experience is essential (ideally in a 1:1 or live-in setting)
6. Ability to work independently and manage care responsibilities
7. A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
8. Willingness to travel across our territory, including:
Swadlincote, Burton, Derby, Nottingham, East Nottingham, Ilkeston, West Bridgford, and Grantham
9. Right to work in the UK
Desirable (Not Essential):
10. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
