We are looking for committed Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD) to join our Trust Bank.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships with service users.
* Deliver the highest possible standards of care to maximise service user recovery and rehabilitation potential.
* Use a non‑judgemental, person‑centred approach and communicate with effectiveness.
Requirements
* Registered as RMN or RNLD.
* Commit to a minimum of 4 shifts in a 6‑month period.
* Keep all mandatory training up to date.
* Demonstrate a positive outlook, caring attitude, and ability to make a difference.
