Role Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, offering high-quality accounting and advisory services
* Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and providing feedback
* Working closely with clients, assisting with queries, and delivering exceptional client service
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
* Contributing to the development of the firm by identifying opportunities for business growth
* Developing technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA part-qualified or equivalent with relevant UK practice experience
* Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities
* Passionate about personal development and career progression
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
