The Role
Your core responsibility is to leverage your expertise to guide new partners through their evolution to success. This role represents a shift from normal sales strategies for an organisation designing, launching, and scaling growth trajectories for yourself and for those you support.
Core Duties
* Conduct structured discovery calls (phone and Zoom) to identify, qualify, and convert high calibre prospects aligned with company solutions and target markets.
* Manage your own pipeline end-to-end, working autonomously to prioritise opportunities, follow up consistently, achieve your own sales targets.
* Provide one-to-one support to new clients after conversion, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and strong early engagement that drives retention and referrals.
* Actively contribute to weekly sales and training sessions, sharing insights, proven approaches, and market feedback within a high performing team environment.
* Execute and optimise multi-channel outreach and digital prospecting strategies to increase lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 7+ years’ professional experience in performance driven environments such as sales, business development, account management, marketing, or other results-focused roles.
* Proven ability to operate at a senior level or as an independent contributor, applying structured sales processes, disciplined follow up, and clear accountability to achieve revenue targets.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain an efficient pipeline, prioritise high value opportunities, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated readiness to take on significant performance-based challenges, with motivation to excel in a results based sales environment.
* Full professional proficiency in English, with confident verbal and written communication skills suited to client facing, global sales conversations.
* Growth oriented mindset, with a genuine commitment to personal development and continuous improvement. Refining sales capability to drive higher performance outcomes.
