Job overview
We are recruiting Deputy Sister/Charge Nurses to join our Emergency Department. We seek enthusiastic, highly motivated Registered Nurses who demonstrate leadership in Emergency Nursing. The department is innovative and dynamic, with strong performance in quality indicators and a track record of recognition. The role involves coordinating the department on a daily basis to support the team in delivering high standards of patient care. As part of the senior nursing team, you will help maintain a supportive and proactive working environment and will be involved in service improvement, training and education, appraisals and staff recruitment and retention. Your own learning will be supported with guidance from the Lead Nursing team to address your developmental needs.
