You possess significant expertise in Adults Commissioning, including collaborating with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other regulatory entities. You have a deep understanding of relevant legislation such as the Care Act and can lead effectively within a politically diverse organization, navigating complex public service delivery demands with confidence and clarity. What the Job Involves As the Commissioning Service Manager, you will oversee the operational management of a specialist service, ensuring day-to-day performance and high standards within your team. You will lead the identification, development, and implementation of effective commissioning strategies to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with partners, such as health services, to develop and implement co-production initiatives that achieve the highest levels of public satisfaction. Your role will also involve ensuring efficient and effective delivery of frontline services by Team Managers, and developing comprehensive strategic approaches to commissioning supportive services throughout the whole-life pathway of residents in Wiltshire.
