Damp & Mould Surveyor – Manchester (Hybrid)
Rate: £40–£45 per hour
Contract: 6 months (likely to extend)
Working Pattern: 2 days WFH per week
My client in Manchester looking for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to assess housing stock across Manchester. Working closely with the Head of Assets, you’ll respond to resident callouts, inspect properties, and recommend remedial actions to tackle damp and mould issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect homes for damp, mould, and condensation.
* Respond to resident reports and complaints.
* Produce clear reports and action plans.
* Liaise with contractors and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with housing standards.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in damp/mould surveying
* Strong knowledge of building pathology.
* Familiarity with HHSRS and disrepair legislation
