Milk Education are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates to work across Primary schools and Early Years settings in Washington, supporting children with additional learning needs, SEND and social, emotional and behavioural needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in Educational Psychology, Teaching, Speech & Language Therapy, Child Psychology or other child-centred professions.
Essential Requirements:
1. Must have graduated within the last 3 years
2. Must have employment history within the last 2 years that is fully referencable
3. A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
4. A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
5. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
The Role:
6. Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups
7. Assisting pupils with SEND, ASD, ADHD or SEMH needs
8. Supporting early development in EYFS settings
9. Encouraging communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour
10. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and Early Years practitioners
