As a Junior Sous Chef at Stowe School, you will help deliver exceptional culinary experiences in a prestigious educational setting.


Responsibilities

* Lead and Inspire: Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.

* Special Events: Prepare meals for hospitality services and events.
* A passionate culinary professional with experience in a fast‑paced kitchen.
* A natural leader who motivates the team.
* Committed to culinary excellence and innovation. Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast‑paced, high‑quality kitchen.
* Level 3 Food Safety certification (because safety is key, even when you're creating magic in the kitchen).
* Passion for leading a team and creating innovative, mouth‑watering dishes.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, cool, and collected.
