You will:
1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements
2. Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
3. Maintain and record fixed assets
4. Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
5. Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary
6. Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
Skills:
7. A* - B Grades
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Excellent problem-solving skills
10. Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
11. Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
