Salary and Benefits

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters
* Review, streamline, and improve HR processes and procedures to maximize efficiency while maintaining full compliance
* Proactively monitor HR metrics such as employee headcount, turnover, and absence, and provide management information to the HR Manager
* Support and develop the HR Administrator and the wider HR team
* Support the immediate and long-term needs of the site while delivering the HR Strategy and the site’s people plan
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience dealing with trade unions and collective agreements
* Knowledge of HR policies, practices, employee relations, and change management, demonstrated through experience with Occupational Health referrals, long-term sickness, and absence case management
* A passionate and proactive approach – getting things done efficiently
* Experience in the FMCG, logistics, or operations sector
* Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
