We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and service-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team at The Falmouth Hotel. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting our restaurant, bar and events operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
* Deliver food and drink service across restaurant, bar and events.
* Ensure tables are set and service areas are maintained to a high standard.
* Support the team during busy periods, working efficiently and positively.
* Assist with bar service when required.
* Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence and professionalism.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all front-of-house areas.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
* A positive, friendly and proactive attitude.
* Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
* A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
