We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Sales Progression Assistant in our Chandlers Ford office.
About the Role
* Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth property transactions.
* Monitor milestones and resolve obstacles from offer acceptance to completion.
* Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Candidate Qualities
* Previous experience in a real estate sales assistant role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of UK property regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
