Sales Support Representative Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Support Representative on behalf of a leading supplier of equipment in the medical industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a friendly and professional technical sales environment that is focused on achieving goals and delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Support Representative focuses on providing sales support to existing customer accounts including issuing of quotations, providing product support, processing of orders and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Monitor quotation pipeline status and routine follow up with customers to ensure orders are received Process sales orders, keep customers updated regarding the status of sales orders and other queries in line with service level agreements and KPIs Liaise with and provide support to the field-based Technical Sales team Handle in-bound enquiries Advise customers on the best product solutions to meet their requirements Create and issue customer quotations Dispatch product literature and product samples to customers Maintain accurate records and data-entry using IT systems and the CRM system Compilation of Key Performance Indicators and management reports as necessary Any other duties role may involve Person Specification: 3 years' experience in a similar role GCSE English and Maths - C or above Customer Services/Sales support experience Proficient in MS Office including excel and ICT systems Experience of working in the Manufacturing/Product Sales industry The Rewards The successful Sales Support Representative will enjoy a competitive salary circa up to £35,000 depending on experience.
