Payroll Administrator
Location: Gravesend
Salary: 14.00 - 16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Fully office based - Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm; Friday, 9am - 4pm
Job Description
Our client in Gravesend is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The role initially is temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Duties
1. Weekly and monthly payroll processing
2. Managing payroll queries via phone and email
3. Liaising with HMRC to manage payroll changes
4. Preparing monthly payroll reports for management
5. Ad hoc branch administration
Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI, and pension auto-enrollment is advantageous. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, keen to contribute and learn.
Candidate Requirements
Immediate availability and payroll processing experience are essential.
