Agricultural Area Sales Manager – Cambridgeshire Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for our well-established client based in CambridgeshireHow does the day-to-day look?Reporting directly to the Branch & Sales ManagerYou will be responsible for the sale of Agricultural Machinery, both new and used, including its associated equipment in a designated areaYour role will be to visit customers and maximize sales opportunities for the department in a courteous and effective mannerYou will have:Good, sound knowledge of the Agricultural industry and its equipmentProven sales, service or parts experience within this sectorAchieve Sales Performance targets as set out by direct line managerRepresenting the Dealership and portfolio of brands to customers in define sales area of reasonabilityUse of Google mapsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsMaintains up to date product knowledgeAttending customer focused eventsEnsuring products are delivered to customer in-line with brand and company guidelines and the customer experience is first classBuilds strong and loyal relationships with customers within the sales area.Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephoneTarget driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targetsBe self-motivated and able to work under own initiativeHas the ability to be influencing and persuading and able close a dealHave the ability where necessary to demonstrate equipmentFull driving licence is requiredAdministratively organisedSchedule: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5:30pmPay rate: Competitive DOEWhat’s on offer?
